This policy explains what Ventus Spark LLP ("Ventus Spark", "we") collects through this website and through Spark 1 appliances.

Website

When you request a demo we collect your name, company, work email and message, only to contact you.

Spark appliances

Prompts, documents and responses processed by Spark 1 stay on the appliance and are never sent to Ventus Spark. With your permission, Spark sends device health data (such as version, temperature and uptime) so we can offer updates and support. You can turn this off.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
