Introducing Spark 1
Private AI
Spark 1 is an AI server that lives in your office.
Your team gets AI. Your customers' data never leaves the building.
Most AI lives in someone else's cloud.
Every question your team asks it, and every document they paste in, goes up there too.
Spark 1
Spark brings it down to earth.
Spark 1 is an AI server that sits in your own office. You plug it into power and your office network, and your team gets a private AI that runs entirely on hardware you own.
Your customers trust you with their records, contracts and financials. Using a public AI service means handing that information to someone they never chose to trust.
Spark lets you use AI without breaking that trust.
Your data never leaves the building.
Prompts, documents and answers stay on the box in your office. Nothing is sent to Ventus Spark or to any outside AI company.
It works without the internet.
Anyone on your office Wi-Fi can keep using Spark, even when your internet connection goes down.
Your team can reach it from anywhere.
From home or on the road, staff connect through an encrypted private tunnel. Spark is never exposed to the open internet.
The hardware
An AI server.
In your office.
A compact box with a powerful GPU, shipped with leading open-weight AI models already installed and tuned for it. Everything your team asks is answered right there, on the box.

What you get
Ready on day one. Yours from then on.
A chat app for your whole team
Ask questions, draft documents, summarise files and work with company documents. Everyone gets their own login.
An API for your developers
An OpenAI-compatible API key, so your existing tools and in-house software can switch to Spark with a small configuration change.
Open models, ready to go
Leading open-weight AI models come installed and tuned for the hardware. New models can be added over time.
Updates only when you say so
Updates arrive over the air, digitally signed, and nothing installs until you approve it. If anything goes wrong, Spark rolls back on its own.
You decide who gets in
See everyone who has access. Add or remove people, or revoke a lost device, at any time.
No per-message bills
Pay for the hardware once, with an optional support and update plan. Your costs stay the same however much your team uses it.
Who it's for
For businesses that put their customers first.
Your customers trust you with sensitive information. Spark is for companies that take that seriously and want to use AI without putting it at risk.
Clinics, hospitals & labs
Patient records stay inside your walls.
Summarise histories, draft referral letters and find what you need in reports, without a single record going to an outside AI company.
Law firms & CA practices
Your clients' files stay confidential.
Work through contracts, client files and financials with AI, and keep every document on hardware your firm owns.
Advisors, NBFCs & insurers
Personal financial data stays with you.
Draft client communication and summarise policies and statements while your customers' financial details stay in your office.
HR, recruitment & payroll
Candidate and employee details stay private.
Screen CVs, draft offers and answer policy questions without sending anyone's personal details to a public AI service.
Design, R&D & manufacturing
Unreleased work stays unreleased.
Use AI on drawings, specs and research notes while your trade secrets stay inside the building.
Schools & coaching institutes
Student records stay on campus.
Prepare material, summarise reports and handle admin with AI, while every student's information stays in your own building.
Who it's not for
If privacy isn't the point, we're not the answer.
If your business is comfortable sending customer data to any public AI service, a cheap cloud subscription will suit you better.
Spark costs more up front because keeping your data private is the whole reason it exists. A business that doesn't value that won't get much from it.
Setup
Plug in. Log in. Ask.
No data migration and no cloud account. The AI is already on the box when it arrives.
- 01
Plug in
Connect Spark to power and your office network. That's the whole installation.
- 02
Log in
Add your team. Each person gets their own login, and you can see and manage everyone who has access.
- 03
Ask
Your team opens the chat app on office Wi-Fi, or from anywhere through the encrypted tunnel, and gets to work.
The difference
Rented AI, or owned.
| Public cloud AI | Spark 1 | |
|---|---|---|
| Where prompts and documents go | An outside AI company's servers | Nowhere. They stay in your office |
| When the internet is down | Stops working | Keeps working on office Wi-Fi |
| How you pay | Per seat or per message, every month | Hardware once, optional support plan |
| As your team uses it more | Costs go up | Costs stay the same |
| Who decides on updates | The provider | You approve each one |
Built for businesses their customers trust
Can Ventus Spark see our data?
No. Prompts, documents and answers stay on the Spark box in your office. Nothing is sent to us or to any outside AI company.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Anyone on your office Wi-Fi keeps using Spark as normal. The AI runs entirely on the box, so it doesn't need the internet to work.
Can staff use it from home or while travelling?
Yes. They connect through an encrypted private tunnel. Spark is never exposed to the open internet.
Can our developers build on it?
Yes. Spark gives you an OpenAI-compatible API key, so existing tools and in-house software can point at it with a small configuration change.
How do updates work?
We send updates over the air, and every one is digitally signed. Nothing installs until you approve it, and if something goes wrong the box rolls back to the previous version automatically.
What does it cost?
You pay for the hardware once, plus an optional support and update plan. There are no per-message bills. It costs more up front than a cloud subscription because keeping your data private is the point of it.
Bring AI in-house.
